Drink Water Eat Less

I recently ran across an article that tells us all the things we know — but fail to do. Drink water — you eat less.
But let’s take it a step further.
- A great way to detox is to drink hot water with a little lemon each morning.
- Drink a glass of warm water 15 minutes before each meal — you’ll eat less.
- Drink ice cold water throughout the day. It burns calories, as your body needs to work harder to heat your body up.
But remember, if you’re training for a triathlon — you need all the calories you can get.
