I suffered from two broken ribs a few months ago, and I definitely have not been training as much as I liked. But I competed in a triathlon this past weekend. I could feel the effects from not training. But I learned something. It’s not how much you train — it’s how you train. I’ll be posting on this more as I discover the recipe.
